Spaghetti with simple tomato sauce

The easiest and tastiest recipe ever! Why? Because it’s done in 15 minutes and the fresh sauce blends in very well with the spaghetti.

 

Ingredients:

approx 170 gr of spaghetti

200 gr chopped (fresh or canned tomatoes)

half an onion

salt, pepper and a little bit of sugar

Method:

Heat some oil in a pan

Finely chop the onion and put in the pan, fry until lightly golden

Meanwhile boil water and cook the spaghetti as written on the package

Now, I personally used chopped canned tomatoes. I’ve put them in a blender in order to make the sauce.

When the onions were slightly golden, I have added the sauce, a little bit of pepper and garlic, salt and a tea spoon of sugar.

Mix well and leave to simmer at medium heat for approximately 7 minutes.

When the pasta is done, just add a table spoon of olive oil and some salt and mix well.

And that is all!
